A Novel MADM Framework under q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Bipolar Soft Sets

In many real-life problems, decision-making is reckoned as a powerful tool to manipulate the data involving imprecise and vague information. To fix mathematical problems containing more generalized datasets, an emerging model called q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft sets offers comprehensive framework for number of multi-attribute (MADM) situations but this not capable deal effectively with having bipolar data. research study, novel hybrid under name set (q-ROFBSS, henceforth), efficient generalization model, introduced illustrated by example. The proposed successfully tested several significant operations like subset, complement, extended union intersection, restricted ‘AND’ operation ‘OR’ operation. De Morgan’s laws are also verified q-ROFBSSs regarding above-mentioned operations. Ultimately, two applications investigated using framework. first application, selection land cropping carrots lettuces studied, while in second practical eligible student scholarship discussed. At last, comparison initiated certain existing models, including Pythagorean Fermatean models provided.
